What happens when seats run out?+
Families can always self-pay for Plus — no dead ends. You can top up licenses anytime.
Is Community really free?+
Yes. You get branded signup, roster management, and aggregate stats. Referral trials give families free Plus months.
How do renewals work?+
Annual licenses auto-renew 30 days before expiry; you'll get a reminder and can adjust seat counts before the charge.
